Task: Take the kids and get out of the house for a little bit of alone time for her.
Reason: If you have little ones (read: preschoolers), then this one is a BIG DEAL. One of the things are wives get precious little of is time to just be alone. So, take the kiddos and get out of the house for a bit and give your wife the precious gift of silence. If you want, you can seal the deal on this one by bringing her home dinner so she doesn’t have to cook for one.
Now, she may not want this one. If you suggest this task and your wife looks at you like you’ve grown a third eye in the middle of your forehead, then switch gears and maybe do family game time after dinner.
