Task: Take 30 minutes to discuss 10 year goals (A Hers, Mine, and Ours discussion)
Reason: We have conversation with our wives everyday. We talk about logistics of getting kids to and from school and practices and appointments. We talk about what we’ll be having for dinner. We cover getting bills paid. But, when it comes to the big stuff, like making sure we are aimed at achieving our dreams and having goals to accomplish individually and as a family, those conversations can easily get lost along the way. So, take some time to have a real discussion about where you want to be 10 years from now, and what that means for 5 years from now, next year, next month, etc…
